Businessconsult was one of the first law firms in Belarus which specifically concentrated on the Informational Technology and Telecoms industry in order to meet the requirements of the modern society. In particular, our company took very active role in the implementation of the project involving the establishment of the first Informational Park in Belarus, as well as in the creation of telecommunication networks. Right from the beginning, we have been working with the Internet providers and clients offering e-commerce, mobile and satellite communication.

We work with all types of transactions and matters involving Informational Technology, including, but not limited to, receipt of licenses, drafting the agreements which are necessary for the appropriate operation of this type of business, as well as procuring the proper protection of the client’s intellectual property.
